Fees are calculated using the current week's USD/GHS exchange rate updated every Tuesday. Cal Bank and Access Bank use different rates. Valid Tuesday through Monday. USD base fees are fixed per NIA schedule.

A valid passport is the primary requirement for first time registration. If you do not have a passport, a Guarantor is required instead.

Verified digital address code for your residential location in Ghana.
Without a passport, you need a Guarantor — either a Ghanaian with a valid Ghana Card or a Non-Citizen with a valid Non-Citizen ID Card, willing to vouch for you.

Guarantors are required to appear in person at the office on the day of registration. No exceptions.
